Job Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedure (SOP), and promote UCEP's mission, vision, and values.
• Maintain school culture and positive learning environment.
• Adaptation of digital technological changes and advancement.
• Develop a school operational plan (Financial and Programmatic) and ensure its implementation (cost recovery target 40% of the direct operational cost through different initiatives).
• Lead to develop technical educational budget plan and control for implementation to maintain organizational compliance.
• Lead to develop school’s progress report and contribute to organizational quarterly, half-yearly reports, and annual report.
• Start the academic program on time, following admission targets and guidelines.
• Ensure a 95% grade completion rate and 90% attendance rate.
• Data validation, at least 40% of data for cross-checking.
• Ensure a 90% pass rate in JSC Voc and SSC (with at least 5%, GPA 5 for each exam).
• To ensure acquired level- 1 certification for the students of Class VIII, IX & X (at least 20% of students).
• Classroom monitoring as per target and providing professional feedback.
• Lead to set up a Technical lab for Technical Education and short course training at her/his school and equip for the training.
• Lead to develop a Plan for using Sheikh Russel Digital lab at his/her school and make sure to implement it by the teachers and students.
• Lead to development of different event plans for the celebration of different days and ensured their implementation including ensuring students' participation in virtual and physical.
• Lead to the participation of students in the National Competition of Debate, Parade, drawing, Science Fair, Sports, Math Olympic, Scout Jamboree, Hamd, Nath, etc.
• Ensure full and proper attendance of teachers and staff along with establishing necessary discipline in school.
• Timely performance appraisals of employees under supervision.
• Capacity building initiatives by the in-house resource persons following their needs.
• To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when necessary.
Essential Requirements:
• B.Sc in Engineering or B.Sc in Technical Education.
• Minimum 05 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in educational institutions and industries.
• Trainer Training on Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBT&A) Methodology level-4 will be preferable.
• Excellent command of communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Excellent computer operating skills & conversant with MS Office package.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, team player, and passionate about social development work.
• Willingness to transfer to any place where UCEP has its activities.
• NTRCA certification would be added advantage.
• Good track record in performance appraisal.
• Age limit for the applicant would be 40 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications and experience.
Salary: Monthly BDT. 30,000/- (Consolidated)
