To increase the reach, impact, and visibility through the delivery of high-value high-valuation promotion, communications, and PR, thereby significantly contributing to the brand image branded UCEP Bangladesh. To achieve this, he/she will have to work with the Programmer and other support teams, developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy across a range of reactive and strategically planned opportunities in print, media, events, and online.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist identify marketing needs for UCEP Bangladesh and its programs, creating informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials including communication with media outlets.
• Source communications content for social media, newsletters, success stories, and technical/ intervention briefs.
• Develops context specific context-specific communication with stakeholders and provide support to operational departments on ensuring the content and design publications meet the UCEP Bangladesh visual identity.
• Need to have knowledge of social media and Digital Marketing content design.
• Develop design concepts; digitize concepts in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Design software.
• Supports the Communication Manager in networking with relevant stakeholders and representing the UCEP Bangladesh to various audiences.
• Write technical content (both Bengali and English) for organization products and services.
• Source and capture high-quality photographs and infographics for use in communication products. Ensure compliance with ethical standards in photography and quotes.
• Support updating the repository of the Activity`s technical products (reports, presentations, publications).
• Ability to manage social and digital media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, website).
• Visit the vendor office to follow up on any creative development.
Essential Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in media & communications/journalism/public relations or any other relevant subject.
• Minimum of 04 years of relevant professional experience in marketing/communications or media agency.
• Excellent written and reporting skills in Bangla and English.
• Excellent computer operating skills & conversant with MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, familiarity with online and social media communication tools (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Familiarity with video editing tools (Adobe Premier Pro/Final Cut Pro)
• Proven experience in audio-visual content generation (photography and video) an asset.
• Age limit for the applicant would be 35 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.
