Job Responsibilities:
Takes responsibility for overall monitoring and supervision of all marketing activities for the company.
Go the extra mile every day for customers.
Takes responsibility for business development in new markets.
Manages relationships with key customers.
Takes regular developmental feedback from customers on issues regarding quality and delivery schedules.
Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis.
Issuing PI against Purchase Order.
Understand customer inquiries, that come directly or through sales & marketing channels.
Forward inquiries to the plant and indemnify feedback within the time frame.
Responsible for meeting deadlines from order received to delivery and to payment realization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and management.
Process orders, forms, and applications.
Maintain database and sales reports.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Possess sound knowledge of products, processes, and technical issues.
